Washes start at $8 for a 9kg load and go up to $23 for our huge 36kg machine. Dryers are $1 for 3 to 5 minutes: coin has a $2 minimum, and tap, card, phone or Club Card has a 30-minute minimum. See the full breakdown on our Services & Pricing page.

About 25 minutes for a Normal wash and about 35 minutes for a Super wash. Super adds an extra rinse and a longer cycle for heavily soiled loads. Drying is separate and you control it — $1 buys 3 to 5 minutes, so you only pay for what the load actually needs.

There are eleven high-speed dryers. $1 buys 3 minutes on a 23kg drum or 5 minutes on a 14kg one. Coin has a $2 minimum; tap, card, phone or Club Card has a 30-minute minimum — $6 on a 14kg, $10 on a 23kg. Add time as you go rather than paying for a fixed cycle up front.

Both. Every machine takes tap or insert card and phone payments (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay) as well as coins, with no surcharge. There's a change machine on site too.

We're open 5:00am to 10:00pm, 7 days a week, including public holidays. It's self-service any time we're open.

Our Dexter washers run from 9kg up to a 36kg drum — the largest in Nerang, where nothing within 5km goes past 28kg. Our fleet: 1 × 9kg, 3 × 14kg, 2 × 18kg, 2 × 27kg and 1 × 36kg washer, plus the 23kg Pet & Equine machine — 200kg of capacity in a single visit — and 11 high-speed dryers. Great for doonas, blankets, curtains and weeks' worth of washing in one go.

Absolutely. Our large-capacity machines are ideal for bulky items like doonas, quilts, blankets, curtains and sleeping bags that won't fit in a home machine. We have one 36kg machine — text ahead for a large load and we'll have it free and waiting.

Yes — and it's two machines, not one. There's a dedicated 23kg pet and equine washer and a matching pet dryer, both kept separate from the general laundry, so hair and odours never end up on anyone's clothes. Perfect for dog beds and pet blankets. See our Pet & Equine page.

Yes. The same dedicated pet and equine washer and dryer handle horse rugs and large rural items — washed and dried in the one visit. It's a rare service on the Gold Coast, right here in Nerang.

There's a vending centre in store — laundry powder, laundry liquid and fabric softener, $3 each, in single doses. Snacks and drinks are available too.

Tell us and we'll sort it. Our help form at kicl.com.au/help comes straight to us — note the machine number, the amount, and the last four digits of the card if you have them. We look at every refund the same day. Some declined payments reverse on their own within a few days, so where that's what has happened we'll tell you rather than refund it — a refund on top would pay you twice. Anything genuinely owed is refunded once we've confirmed it.

The laundromat is self-service and unstaffed, and it's under CCTV 24 hours a day. If something goes wrong, the help form reaches us directly and we action it the same day. You can also text us on 0448 440 733 — we answer texts fastest.

Yes. Your first wash is on us — $25 on your prepaid KICL Club Card, which covers a full 36kg load. After that every top-up earns extra credit: $200 becomes $230. An invoice comes through every time you top up, so there's nothing to chase at month end. See commercial laundry, or book your visit.

Yes — there's easy parking right out front, and we're moments from the highway for quick access.
